Mandarin neighbors battle between sidewalks and historic oak trees

Ann Blodgett said she has lived on Mandarin Road for more than 20 years. And while she appreciates the beauty of the historic oak trees that line her street, she says it’s time for some sidewalks that will make things safer for everyone.
